Urban Senior Care provides non-medical companionship and concierge support designed to make daily life easier, safer, and more comfortable for seniors and their families.
Some companions may have prior experience or additional training, but our services are not medical or clinical. We do not provide nursing services, medical treatment, medication administration, or hands-on medical assistance.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Urban Senior Care does not require long-term contracts. Services are scheduled based on each client's current needs and can be adjusted or discontinued with proper notice.
Can services be changed over time?
Absolutely. Needs and routines can change over time, and we are happy to adjust schedules, visit details, and service levels to provide the right amount of support, comfort, and peace of mind.
How quickly can companion services begin after we contact you?
Start times depend on availability, scheduling needs, and the level of support requested. We make every effort to begin services as quickly as possible once the intake process is completed.
Do clients have the same companion each visit?
Yes. Whenever possible, we aim to provide consistent companion assignments to encourage familiarity, comfort, trust, and relationship-building.
Are services available on holidays?
Yes. Companion services are available on most holidays. Holiday rates may apply depending on the date, schedule, and level of support requested.
Can companions provide transportation using the client's vehicle?
Yes. With permission, companions may drive clients in their personal vehicle or the client's vehicle for approved errands, appointments, outings, and scheduled activities.
